Pulstar had been around for years but had several product quality issues in their early days. Re-branding was essential to re-launch the product line. By partnering with another agency, a new brand was developed that focused on several key message points and emphasized the use of plasma by this new technology.
A new website was built to highlight the benefits of this new technology and addressed the most commonly asked questions. As a result, online sales tripled immediately after launch.
The success of Pulstar with PlasmaCore’s re-launch is due, in no small part, to Heather. She led all design and new messaging efforts (doing most of the work herself), developed and implemented an advertising plan, designed and coded the new website, secured press in several high-profile media sources, and much more. Due to her efforts and leadership, we reversed a steady 30% annual revenue drop and even posted a 14% gain in 2015.
